delivery system selected. The greater the
number of trucks, the lower the fees.
Online Trip Reports delivery

in all cases, our fees are cost-competitive. As a result, our fees
will always be significantly lower than your current cost of similar
services.
Fees
starting as low as follows:
$28.00
per month per truck for
1-5 trucks if
you will be sending us paper trip
reports.
$24.00
per month per truck for
6-10 trucks if you will be sending us paper trip
reports.
Getting
started is easy:
Simply click the getting started
link and proceed to complete the client start-up information form
and when done, click the submit button at the bottom of the page.
You will
be automatically defaulted to the equipment list form to enable you
to provide us with your truck/equipment information. When done,
click the submit button at the bottom of the page. Hare again
you will be defaulted to our agent representation form.
Print
the form and complete it and mail it to us so we can file this with
the first quarter return we file/prepare for filing on your behalf.
As part
of the start-up procedure, we will send you an invoice by email for
the 1st quarter service fee. Please include this with the completer
and signed agent representation form.
