As we receive your information, we sort these into meaningful operating expense categories, process the information and create a set of financial reports which we send to you by email.

The reports include:

A Profit/Loss Statement with each expense referenced as a percentage of your gross income to allow you to know your numbers. 

A Cash flow report and an operating analysis of income per mile, cost per mile and profit or loss per mile.
